Refund and Returns Policy

Due to the sensitive and personal use nature of our products, to ensure hygiene and safety, Flarebornstudio adhere to the following principles:

Returnable Items:

Products arrived damaged or missing parts.
Products rendered unusable due to transportation.
Incorrect product received.
Applications must be submitted within 7 days, along with photos.

Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene reasons, opened, used, cannot be returned.
Subjective reasons such as incorrect size or personal preference.
Promotional items and gifts.

Refund Method:

After approval, refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days and returned to the original payment method.
